Tico: Kids Learning Games – Terms of Use

1. The service

Tico: Kids Learning Games is an educational game app for young children published by Francisco Santo. Parts of the App are free; the full content ("Tico Premium") requires a subscription or a one-time purchase.

2. Subscriptions

• Tico Premium is offered as a yearly subscription (with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers), a monthly subscription, or a lifetime one-time purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial if not cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.

3. Use by children

The App is intended to be used by children under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Purchases, settings and external links are placed behind a parental gate; adults are responsible for any purchase made on their account.

4. Intellectual property

All content of the App (characters, games, sounds, text) is owned by the publisher or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the App on devices you own or control.

The App is provided "as is". The App is an educational aid and does not replace schooling or professional advice. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the App.
