Tico: Kids Learning Games ("the App") is an educational game for children aged 2 to 6, published by Francisco Santo ("we"). We designed the App so that it does not need any personal data from children. This policy explains what the App does and does not do.
Optional subscriptions and one-time purchases are offered behind a parental gate and processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. To validate purchases and keep them in sync across devices we use RevenueCat, a purchase-management service. RevenueCat receives an anonymous, randomly generated app user ID and purchase receipts from the store. It does not receive names, emails or any information about the child. Voice instructions use the speech synthesizer built into your device. No audio is recorded and nothing is sent to us.
We comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable local laws. Because the App does not collect personal information from children, no parental consent for data collection is required. If you believe we have inadvertently received personal data from a child, contact us and we will delete it.
You can delete all locally stored progress at any time from the Parent Zone ("Reset progress") or by uninstalling the App. Subscriptions are managed through your App Store or Google Play account.
We may update this policy; the date above will change and material changes will be noted in the App's store listing.
